About the job

We are looking for you with a preschool teacher education who wants to become part of our team. The position is 75% with the possibility of increasing up to 100%.

The position can be started no earlier than November 1, 2026.

Our preschool is an independent preschool located in central Lund. Here you will experience the small preschool. Educated pedagogues work together in close collaboration with the children and their families. The group consists of 18 children aged 1–6 years. We offer education that challenges the children in their learning and development in a playful, content-rich, and joyful way. Through respect for each individual and with present adults, we create a secure everyday life for the children where care and development form a whole. The preschool offers a Christian profile.

Your role

We are looking for you with a preschool teacher education who has a genuine interest and commitment to the pedagogical mission, who takes responsibility for the whole based on the curriculum, and who sees development and opportunities in the profession. You should have experience working in a small team where collaboration, flexibility, and a shared focus are the driving forces for moving our work forward. You should have good communication skills and interact in a trusting manner with children, colleagues, and guardians.
